I write long, hyper-threaded science fiction that delves deeply into character and looks at technology as a foil for examining the human condition. All my works explore the operation of cellular automata -- short, simple instructions or programs that generate complexity -- in all aspects of life and also implements cellular automata as a plot device -- simple things weave complex patterns of life.
