I tend to read in phases. My teenage years were taken over by horror and fantasy, and eventually science fiction. Then as a young adult someone introduced me to paranormal romance. Now I'm hooked on romance in general, everything from sweet contemporaries to erotic paranormal. I also enjoy historical fiction from time to time and have a shelf full of classic literature.
As for writing, my first MS was pure fantasy and has been rejected by a traditional publisher twice. It's officially shelved until I feel more confident about making constructive changes. I'm currently published in paranormal and erotic romance, but plan to try my hand at horror very soon.
