In my life before writing, I earned a BS in microbiology
from the University of Pittsburgh and worked as a mad scientist. I currently hold a Master of Fine Arts in Writing Popular Fiction from Seton Hill University.
I enjoy reading mystery, fantasy, urban fantasy, thriller, slipstream, horror, romance, and some sci fi. I also have a love for nonfiction, particularly travel memoirs (I live vicariously), true crime, and medical/science stories.
