About the Book:

The novel is about a murder victim discovered in an old Revolutionary War Training Ground in the Charlestown neighborhood of Boston. The priest inadvertently becomes involved in solving the crime, though I have yet to decide who the murderer is. The love interest is provided by the investigating officer, who is also a childhood chum of the priest.

About the Author:

I am an old man, retired from the USAF, and I write for the joy of it, especially the research. However, research gets me in trouble, because I become so wrapped up in the info I am searching, I forget about the novel. I actually grew up in the Charlestown neighborhood I write about, and I attended both the church and school of St Mary's. Furthermore, I have an uncle (Now deceased), whose name is Healy, and he was a Jesuit priest.

Author's Note:

This is the third revision of this novel. I recently decided to find out who is the current City Councilor for the Charlestown neighborhood of Boston. to my chagrin, I discovered that the actual Councilman lives in Orient Heights, East Boston, He actually is Italian, and he actually has a teenage daughter attending Boston Latin High School. I might have to re-write the entire premise of the protagonists.
