About the Book:
After the events of the first book in the Misty Johnson Mystery series, the Supernatural Dick is back on a new case. Along with her intrepid sidekick, Dru Chance (who has a secret that few -- perhaps not even Dru himself -- know) and the newest addition to the team, Teri Nighthorse, investigate a possible robbery at the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum. Quickly, though, they find themselves in the middle of a supernatural gang war between an upstart pack of werewolves, and a mysterious bokor, who controls zombie minions to do his bidding, and seek an item of supreme magical power. Misty must deal with ghosts in a movie theater, a wild collectible card game, an angry bear, an anti-social vampire and other threats as she attempts to learn the truth for her client, and about her own, accursed immortal body.

Author's Note:
This is the sequel to my first novel, Misty Johnson, Supernatural Dick in... Capitol Hell. That book was not as well received as I'd hoped. I think the humorous, lighter tone may have made it tough to find an audience (and perhaps the title, too, or so my publisher thinks). This story takes place a month or so after the cliffhanger at the end of the first book, picking up with our heroes as they begin a new case...
