I keep on getting an error when I upload my manuscript. the format is Microsoft Word .docx can anyone tell me what I need to do to upload my manuscript?

IF you haven't already, ask Lucy Silag, the site admin. There seems to be a glitch with the uploader that the site owners really need to fix. Having said that, mine uploaded fine, after I reviewed someone else's book. Perhaps that's your issue too?
