In today's blog post, best-selling author Ryan Holiday shares how authors can use growth hacking, a technique used by successful startups, to launch their books and grow their readerships. I really liked Ryan's advice about knowing one's audience before starting a book. While writing THE 4-HOUR CHEF, author Tim Ferris would use surveys to gauge how readers would respond to certain sections.
