Hi there writers of Young Adult!
Just got an email from a magazine called One Teen Story that I thought I would share with you all.
Their short story submission period kicks of February 1, 2014. They are looking for YA short stories from "emerging and established writers." If you've got something short that you are working on, it's a great place to add to your submission list--and it's free to submit (not all literary magazines are).

Hi Lucy I am new here and I was just scrolling around and found your post. I have a short story collection that I posted on here yesterday that I feel is perfect for young adults on up. I know what you posted was last year, but do they still do that? Are they still wanting submissions?

Hi Jamie--The page I linked to is still up (with an update that they accept submissions year round), so I think that means that the opportunity is still available. You should find out from them! Sounds like a great opportunity to submit!
