The verse maybe a bit difficult, complex, my usual, but story and word-work as much fun as it can be. One difficult section I've been tearing my hair over, I think I've finally nailed it. Just last night I was in the depthiest depth of despair, thinking I had to shelve it for six months, like I did with book one, and come back with new eyes. This morning I woke up, threw that piece out and, couldn't believe it, got it in an hour. That problematic twenty or so lines bugged the hell out of me. Way too convoluted. When I say something is too convoluted, that means it really crossed a line. I think I've fixed it. I hope I've fixed it. I'll see, about nine am tomorrow.

.

Verse, just under sixteen hundred words, plus silly footnotes.

Update: No nibbles yet.

.

Well, I'll say this: If you like the nonsense rhyme of Edward Lear, you may like mine. And, you review my thing, I promise a review in return.

I started reading it and will get back with you in a few days. It seems really cute!
