Matthew Antonovich is a professional chef. Graduate of Johnson & Wales University. Currently Culinary director for a national restaurant company based in Nashville Tennessee. He is wine ambassador for Boisset Wine Living at Home sharing his passion for food and wine teaching the food and wine experience. Culinary highlights include cooking for five United States Presidents. He has served over one million meals in the finest restaurants in America, Italy and the Caribbean. His legendary experience includes running kitchens at the Hotel Del Coronado; Hotel Bel Air; and the Century Plaza Hotel, Los Angeles.
