On his blog today famous fantasy author Patrick Rothfuss announced he's finally taking the leap and joining Twitter. 

But he's taking it to the next level: he's created 6 accounts--5 of which will be managed by trusty fans--and only one will be run by the real Pat Rothfuss. People on Twitter need to guess who the real Rothfuss is. Use #TheRealRothfuss to join in the hilarity.

I don't know about you, guys, but Rothfuss is my new favorite person--or should I say persons--on Twitter. 

And the fun part aside, isn't that an amazing and incredibly smart way to gain followers?
